All of the attorneys at the Ogletree Abbott Law Firm have a deep interest in helping injured offshore workers. Every lawyer here is deeply committed, and We all have our own reasons why we decided to become lawyers. Personally, I decided to become a lawyer as a boy of seven years when my grandmother told me the story about why she always walked with a limp. As a young woman, she was cleaning the floors of the Mellie Esperson Building in downtown Houston, Texas, and she she slipped and broke her leg. Her boss just sent her home. She had no medical care and no way to afford expensive medical treatments on her own. After that, she went through life walking limp and her leg protruded outwards at an angle. My grandmother was the kindest and most humble human being I have ever met.
I am proud that we are able to represent people just like my grandmother, who have been injured, either on the job, in an auto accident or who have suffered a personal injury. We have never represented employers or companies because we have seen them treat people as badly as my grandmother - even worse. We make it our personal business to get justice for hard working people who have been wronged either through the negligence of others or by intentional conduct. The purpose of the judgments and settlements that we obtain for our clients are to right wrongs and, in some cases, to punish the wrongdoer.
If you or someone you love has been injured in an accident we invite you to call and visit with us. We will be happy to answer any questions you ask or just talk to you about your experience. It’s easy to talk to us because we’re just like you, except that we can step up and do something about injustice. We have the people, the skills, the experience, the resources and the willingness to take on any company and obtain justice for our clients anywhere in America. Regardless of how many clients we may have, we represent them one at a time. We will always have time to talk to you and keep you advised as to the status of your case. No law firm will work harder or care as much for our clients as we do.
